6 tips to be happier at work

If every Thursday at the office isn't dumplings but rather half-satisfaction ("in 2 days it's the weekend!"), maybe you should think about doing something to be there. Happier ? Saturday shouldn't be your number 1 fantasy. We're not telling you to replace him with your boss, whatever, that motivates you for the long weeks, but to follow a few little tricks to better deal with certain mundane things. Which, put together, determine our days / weeks / months / years...

1 – Program your FRESH AIR alarm

Unlike the alarm clock, when this one rings, it sends a COOL signal. She tells us, "It's recess time," just like she used to at school. Remember this ringtone happiness! And, like at school, you HAVE TO go OUTSIDE, breathe fresh air, for about ten minutes.

2 – Send heavy as soon as you arrive

Start your day by doing something ultra productive (where you attack cool, the coffee that drags on, the newspaper…). Whether it's an article, a PowerPoint, an Excel spreadsheet, or just a to-do list, that first task should make you feel like you've achieved a goal.

3 – Make your office less boring

Put color all around you, choose FUN pens and notebooks, even gadgets. Also post a photo of someone or something that makes you smile.

4 – Do cool stuff for your colleagues

It's scientific, the more we do for others, the better our mood. From time to time, put their favorite snack on a colleague's desk so that they can discover the surprise when they arrive. Take him out for a coffee break, give him SINCERE compliments, or leave him "you're awesome" post-it notes.

5 – Do one thing at a time

We are 25% less productive when we do several things at once. But...sometimes we don't have a choice. The idea is therefore to schedule an hour of single-task every day, during which you can really concentrate fully. Hide your phone to avoid distraction (put it on vibrate, only take important calls).

6 – Have a FIGHT song

For me, it's I Love Rock 'n' Roll, by Joan Jett. Also, choose a battle song to listen to before meetings, stressful presentations, or just when you need a boost of magical energy.
