Consciously Irresponsible Eating:Go BOO This Holiday Season!

There is no escaping it. We roll the chocolate gingerbread cookies into the chocolate wreaths, the gingerbread in the Christmas stollen and the marzipan with your nose in the butter. And if we don't watch out, we literally roll into the new year with a belly full of champagne and oliebollen. Although, watch out? For me, the holidays are a time to forget about dieting. Recognizable? Nice! They aren't called "celebration" days for nothing. And so we're just going to eat Consciously Irresponsible Eating here. Will you also choose BOE this holiday season?

Consciously Irresponsible Eating:yum

The shakes can shake it, no watcher on my weight, we give a shit about Sonja, Atkins is on a date with Cambridge and smart and modifast are going slow. A ban on the diets! I'm going to enjoy. Fuck the Wheel of Five. No counting calories or worrying about fats and proteins. I go to the Christmas and New Year's dinner without feeling guilty. With wine, cream sauces, butter, tender meat, potato and shrimp croquettes, steamed vegetables, delicious salads, baguette with dips and ice cream with whipped cream after! And with old &new we do it all over again!

Consciously irresponsible eating. That's not a common topic for us 😉 . Usually we blog here about eating less sugar, or getting rid of your excess pounds. The more responsible themes in the field of health, say 😉 . But every now and then it's okay to have a little fun with it, right? Especially during the holidays, they are already heavy enough without a diet 😉 . How do you deal with that? Are you also going to Consciously Irresponsible Eating in December? Or do you just stick to your diet?

Not me in any case. The gingerbread dough is way too tasty. And super irresponsible to eat raw, I know… Anyway, you go for BOO or not 😉 . Although there are of course some downsides to consciously irresponsible eating. One very big downside. And that is my waist size in the month of January 😉 . Better known as the shock effect after BOE.

Boo? Ooh!

I will consciously eat irresponsibly..a.k.a. BOO! Nice puh! But after BOO! often follows a startle effect… Or actually always. The figure-correcting underwear and the sports outfit are already ready. Guess what the next blog is about.. How are you going to get rid of the December kilos again?

I wish everyone wonderful carefree holidays where enjoyment comes first!
