A Tissot Editions survey (labor law specialists) of 1,060 respondents found 53% of employees "ready for anything" to succeed—men more than women (59% vs. 47%) and 18-24-year-olds highest at 75%. The top tactic? Constantly communicating achievements, cited by 53%.
Yet an OpinionWay poll from May 9, 2016, reveals darker strategies: 43% view flattering bosses as most effective across ages. Additionally, 29% would withhold the full truth from superiors, 22% agree with all boss ideas regardless of merit, and 22% would use their charms. Most striking: 9% are open to sleeping their way up, rising to 18% among 18-24-year-olds.
Surprised?
