Guller went undercover as a customer for days to evaluate his team firsthand. Grace's outstanding service earned the unique incentive, which she herself suggested, believing "bigger is better in Texas" and that it would "make my job easier—my boobs will do the talking." The implants are conditional on six more months of exemplary work.
Guller has a track record of generous rewards for star employees, including $10,000 cash bonuses, raises, improved insurance, and even $10,000 to cover a relocation. This bold offer, however, sparked widespread debate.
