iOS: Open a notebook, tap the options menu (three dots) > Notebook Settings > Stack. Enter a new stack name or select an existing one.
Android: From your notebooks list, long-press a notebook and choose Move to stack or Move to a new stack.
Web: In your notebooks list, drag one notebook onto another to create a new stack, or onto an existing one to add it.
