Employee-boss dynamics remain a key focus in today's workplaces. While many studies examine relationship quality, a new survey by bespoke travel experts Marco Vasco and leading pollster YouGov reveals employees' candid views on their superiors' job skills.
The results are striking: 35% of employees believe their boss couldn't perform their role. Drawn from a nationally representative sample of 1,003 respondents, the data shows 39% of men and 31% of women sharing this skepticism. Workers aged 45-54, in particular, view themselves as indispensable.
