His mission: rate every taco spot in San Antonio, Texas, a city where tacos reign supreme. Sutter demands excellence—a top taco demands a homemade flour tortilla. On health concerns, he's unfazed, telling NPR, "Tacos contain protein, wrapped in a thin layer of starch with fresh products (…) It’s healthy food!"
