Actions from supervisors or colleagues deeply impact victims, resulting in an average of seven extra sick days per victim annually. This equates to 1.7 billion euros in wage continuation costs for employers, per TNO calculations. In response, Minister Asscher of Social Affairs and Employment launches a national campaign today.
