To adjust, go to File > Options, then select the Display tab. Toggle these options:
Unchecked positions them on the right; checked moves them left. Mix and match or resize the panels for your ideal setup.
Bonus: Enable Vertical scroll bar appears on the left to align the note area's scrollbar accordingly.
