Skills now match education and experience in securing interviews. Highlight yours clearly. LinkedIn's skills assessments simplify this—add them to your profile. “Fill in all 50, yes all 50!” Vincent urges. “It drives more vacancy matches and recruiter finds.”
Use LinkedIn's Open Candidates for discreet signaling, or the #OpenToWork button to broadcast. Button users get 40% more recruiter InMails and 20% more community messages on average.
