Share with Specific Individuals

From Google Calendar, click the arrow next to the desired calendar and select Share this calendar.

In the Share with specific people section, enter the person's email address. Google users integrate instantly; others get a free signup invite.

Choose permissions:

  • Free/busy only: Shows availability without details.
  • See all event details: Full view, no edits.

  • Make changes and manage sharing: Full control, including sharing.

Click Send. They'll receive an email notification to access it.

Revoke Access

Return to settings via Share this calendar.
