In Gmail via Chrome, select an email and press the T key or click the Handle button followed by the big plus sign.
Handle opens in the sidebar: the email's subject becomes the to-do title, and the email attaches automatically.
In full-screen view, simply click the big plus sign to convert.
Edit the title, add reminders, due dates, notes, or assign to projects, then hit Save.
From the sidebar or full-screen main menu, create new tasks via New Task under To-Dos or the top little plus icon.
Add title, dates, notes. Use natural language like 'today' or 'next Monday' for smart reminders.

For reminders, set repeats: daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, or yearly (note: due dates prevent repeats).
Create projects from the Projects menu in sidebar or full-screen: New Project.
Name it, choose color, due date, reminder.

Edit via Settings on project name.
On Chromebook or elsewhere, add locations from Locations > New Location, or during task creation via Where.

Enable location or search address, name, and Save.

Edit/delete via Settings.
Handle syncs with your calendars on signup; adjust anytime in Settings > Calendar Options > Calendars.

In full-screen Gmail, view calendar by day/week/month. Click date/time to add: title, calendar, location, notes, then Save.
