How to Forward Multiple Emails at Once in Outlook: A Step-by-Step Guide

Email remains a daily essential, yet it often hides efficient shortcuts that streamline workflows. For Outlook users, forwarding multiple emails in one go is a game-changer—whether archiving threads or sharing batches without repetition.

This feature is built right into Outlook. Here's how to do it efficiently:

Hold down the Ctrl key while clicking each email you want to forward. Alternatively, select one email, hold Shift, and use arrow keys for sequential selection without the mouse. To grab everything in your inbox or folder, hit Ctrl + A.

In the ribbon at the top, click Forward (or press Ctrl + F—check our Windows Keyboard Shortcuts 101: The Ultimate Guide for more productivity boosters). A new message opens with all selected emails attached. Send it off—done!

Note: Gmail lacks native support; try the Multi Forward for Gmail extension for similar functionality.
