For Office 365 business users, Clutter intelligently sorts low-priority emails based on your reading habits, sender history, and participation.

Click Not spam for unknowns to retrain the filter.
Right-click junk mail: Junk > Block Sender to divert future emails from that address or domain to Junk.
Manage lists: Home > Junk > Junk Email Options... > Blocked Senders tab. Add/edit/remove addresses like admin@989214.com or domains like example.com.

Switch to Safe Senders for trusted addresses/domains—ensures delivery and auto-loads images. Enable Also trust email from my contacts and Automatically add people I email for efficiency.
Outlook Rules offer advanced control: auto-move, categorize, or flag emails based on conditions.
